Welcome to the Staff!
We would like to introduce Collin Atherton to the staff at Studyofsports.com! Collin will be covering the Houston Astros.
Collin is a Houston native and a graduate of Texas Tech University. He earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry, with a minor in Red Raider football. In his spare time, Collin enjoys participating in anything having to do with athletics, whether it’s a pick-up game of basketball, an hour of weight-training at the gym, or 18 holes of golf. Creative writing, reading, and music also fill his idle time.
Having been born and raised in Houston, his favorite professional teams are, naturally, the Astros, Texans, and Rockets (in that order). So whether it’s the ‘98 ‘Stros that fell short of the hype, the ‘86 team that came so close, or the’05 World Series club, he has it covered. And of course, the current Houston Astros will garner the most attention as he hopes to provide you with the most in-depth, informative, and insightful Astros coverage on the Web.

Welcome aboard Collin. Maybe you can give everyone some more insight on the Astros and what they need to see the postseason.
